Marco Occhipinti since 2006 as Honorary Representative for ITHRAA, ad hoc missions for the Ministry of Commerce and Industry and numerous successful interactions with the private sector. The concept came to maturation in 2019 when founder, Dc. Occhipinti identified the missing link and the necessity of establishing a central entity, a hub of connections revolving around and in line with the 2040 Vision.
